TERMS OF SERVICE
The service provided is subject to the following terms and conditions, which you accept by using the service.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Driving Test Cancellations UK service through the website and other means.
By accessing this website and/or using this service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the Driving Test Cancellations UK website and/or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
All services and software mentioned throughout the site are provided by and are on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis with no warranties of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
By providing us with your driving license number, you agree that we can log in to the DVSA website to check for earlier driving tests and/or change your driving test. We will not share your personal information. All details will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
We cannot be held responsible for the DVSA changing the date and/or time of your test or for them canceling the test for any reason.
We cannot take responsibility if we book a non-refundable test and then the user decides to cancel.
We also cannot take any responsibility for booking non-refundable dates through our auto book service.
The company has no affiliation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Signing up for this service does not guarantee finding you an earlier test date.
Our service is for auto booking only in accordance with your preferences. We do not ask for confirmation before booking. Only provide us with test centers, dates, time intervals, and other data that you accept us to auto book your test on your behalf. It is your responsibility to cancel it if needed.
By registering your details with the company, you agree to the company sending you emails, WhatsApp, and SMS messages to the email address and mobile telephone number you provide on registration. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties.
The learner driver is responsible for conducting all necessary research and investigations, practicing for the driving test, bringing the correct documents, and ensuring that the car they use is suitable for the test (you have to take your test with a car arranged by you; the DVSA will not supply a car).
We cannot be held responsible for any tests canceled due to reasons that are the responsibility of the learner driver or their driving instructor, including but not limited to the learner driver responsibilities mentioned above.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure they manage their test date and cancel it if needed via the DVSA's website if they are close to the DVSA's set short notice period and cannot make the test date.
We cannot be held responsible if the last date to change or cancel their test is approaching or has passed. The user should track their test's last date to change or cancel and take the necessary action to cancel their test or reschedule it before this date. Every test date has a last date to change or cancel, and this information can be found on the booking confirmation or accessed by logging onto the DVSA system at any time. After this date, the booking will be unchangeable and non-refundable by the DVSA.
If we find a test for you and you change this test date or transfer it to another one and ask us to find another date, then you will have to pay our service fee again.
If the user wants to change the test date after it has been booked, the company has the right to swap this current test with another client, and this swap/change will be counted as the user's right to change their test. If the user cancels or changes their test themselves, then they do not have the right to request a refund, and the user should purchase another service if they want a new date after this.
Under no circumstances can the amount paid or refunded to the customer be more than the initial payment made by the customer.
If there are any items that are unclear or not understandable, the user should contact the company.
